The wife and I just moved into our son's house in Fountain Inn. He's been out of town and the furnace went out over the weekend. Not knowing anyone, we did a search for HVAC in the area with great reviews and found Ted's service. Their office called and said they were on the way within an hour. They showed up promptly and after reviewing our concerns went to work. Within an hour they found the problem and corrected it. Very professional and courteous. Ted informed us that the furnace is very old, and may need to be replaced down the road. No up-sale, no pressure to do it now etc. Our son asked for an estimate on a new one, which Ted is working on. We have nothing but praise for Ted and Wesley. GREAT JOB!!
